December Mini Album-Part Two

I love mini albums and it was very theraputic to scrap this December album. I mainly used random page protectors cut down to fit in the 6x8 album and used my sewing machine heavily to stitch the pockets. I wanted to use all my photos from December but I had to stop at the Christmas mark as the album could not hold anymore pages no matter how creative I got. :)

So here are the last of the pages!

2015 December Album-Part One

I have to say that the main reason I decided to do a mini album for December really came from the preview I stumbled across for one of the December Felicity Jane kits. I fell for the sweet papers and the gold album.  I am happy I did, this moment of fortuitousness, pushed me into my craft room for some overdue scrappiness.

It has been awhile and I was carried away. This 6x8 album was packed and overcrowded. I had to rethink how to thin it down without losing any pages. I got creative!
The album had so much bulk at the spine where I had inserted small pocket pages, the pages would hardly turn. So I took these small pages away from the spine and stitched them to the outer edges of another page protector. This evened out the bulk of the album and I was able to have all the pages.

So, here are the pages in a two part post. Yes, I stuffed this little 6x8 album!
It is wonderful to be back in my craft room!
